Notes from the North Campus – 10.23.20

From your north campus principal, Ann Taylor

Another short week and beautiful weather (well kind of) is done.  It has been very busy with first through eighth grade working diligently to complete Stanford 10 testing while kindergarten actively involved in their follow up to reading Paddington Bear literature study with the annual Paddington Bear picnic on the lawn Wednesday and Thursday.  We are concluding the week with teacher work morning/inservice afternoon on Friday, and debate tournament done virtually from the north campus on Friday and Saturday.  I hope you enjoy your unexpected three-day weekend that has allowed us to provide some quieter work time for our teachers as well as an afternoon of professional development.

I am so looking forward to seeing all our parents on the north campus this coming week for a time of conferences that continues to build the partnership with teachers and families in training up our scholars academically and spiritually in the Lord.  Stop by my office if you have time to chat or say hello.

Please know that every week I pray through the grades/classes specifically by name for each student/family and teachers.  If you ever have a need you would like me to pray about, please let me know.  I hope you enjoy the change of seasons that our Lord provides without fail each year.  Have a great three-day weekend!!
