Parents, we have two and a half weeks remaining. I want to pause and express thanks for the many blessings we’ve received this year. We have finished the year with continuous in-person learning, our teenagers have risen to the occasion by managing COVID guidelines with grace and maturity, and we are growing in beautiful ways! As of today, the high school boasts a 2021-22 population of 115 students. We’ve been able to hire incredibly qualified teaching candidates who embody personalities and philosophies that align beautifully with our school mission and my personal mission for our Rhetoric culture. I have consistently been blessed by your supportive words and have noted the many gifts existing within our Academy community. As I’ve watched our community of students, parents, and staff rally together in grace-filled relationship I’ve often pondered the words in Psalm 133 when the write equates unity with God’s anointing and blessing. Thank you for the trust and support you’ve offered me and our Academy administrative teams this year. I have no doubt that the last 2 weeks will welcome opportunity to celebrate with students – especially our Seniors – and allow us to close the curtain on this year with excitement for what is to come!

Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity![a] 2 It is like the precious oil on the head, running down on the beard, on the beard of Aaron, running down on the collar of his robes! 3 It is like the dew of Hermon, which falls on the mountains of Zion! For there the LORD has commanded the blessing, life forevermore. Psalm 133
