Athletics

*(info from Erika Jensik coming in on Dialectic Volleyball team and will be updated)

Intent to Participate forms due. As we continue planning for our upcoming Athletic year of 2022-2023, we ask parents of current 5th – 11th grade athletes to complete the Intent to Participate form by clicking here.

Please complete one form per student. This form is used to compile student athletes in good standing for the purpose of team and sport planning for the following school year. Completing this form is a way to declare your student’s intent to be a member of the selected Griffin Athletic team(s) for the following school year. Signing this form does not require that your student participate, and they may decide not to.

The Athletic Department has transitioned to a new app called BAND. It is free to download and easy to subscribe to get news and info. Click here to download and join the Griffins main BAND feed for news, results, and schedules or use your smartphone to scan the QR code.

Covid and Health Updates.

We will continue to closely monitor Covid trends in our community, and we ask parents to continue reporting confirmed Covid cases. Since the last confirmed case was 2/20/22, we will no longer be reporting district cases in the Monday Memo. At this time we will also no longer require quarantines for the entire household. If we see a significant increase in cases, we will re-evaluate the need for district reporting and other Covid precautions.
