We are deeply grateful for each person who contributes to The Academy in both service and gifts. You make a huge difference to the school and we are thankful you continue to partner with us. Here are the ways you can financially support the Academy.
The Giving Society is a dedicated group of parents, grandparents, alumni, and friends of The Academy that partner with and believe in The Academy’s vision to the extent that they have chosen to invest financially beyond tuition. Giving Society members desire to partner with us at varying levels over the next 5 years. This support has a tremendous impact on our ability to achieve our mission of assisting parents in shaping students’ affections for truth, goodness, and beauty for the benefit of man and the glory of Jesus Christ today and, more importantly, as we build into the future!
Hosted in the fall, this annual event joins family and friends of The Academy with the broader community to provide support for our mission. At The Academy Auction, we aim to raise $100,000. These funds help the school maintain and enhance important aspects of our school culture and operations like small class sizes, excellent teacher compensation packages, competitive tuition rates, and scholarships for deserving students.
Campus fundraisers arise throughout the year based on local campus needs. Many times, these are community or committee-driven, and they allow the local campus to support specific endeavors like the Junior Classical League, house events, or athletic uniforms.
Projects greater than $100,000 are part of our capital campaign programs with an aim to build The Academy in a debt-free way. Currently, we are raising funds to complete improvements at our Midtown Campus – visit the Capital Campaign page to learn more!
Scholarships at The Academy are funded through The Academy Opportunity Scholarship Fund (ASOF) and family foundations. Contributing to The Academy Opportunity Scholarship Fund provides a tax benefit for the donor, but it also greatly benefits The Academy by providing opportunities for students from a large range of demographic backgrounds to attend our school. As a direct result of support to the program from our donors, we are able to provide over $500,000 in scholarships to students demonstrating financial need annually.
In an effort to maximize institutional funds, The Academy applies for qualifying grants. Over the past several years, we have received grants from the Kirkpatrick Foundation, Continental Resources, Tobisha, and Oklahoma Ag in the Classroom.
The Academy is unlike any other school in our city. Our students read the great books and gather in worship, growing in friendship, fellowship and a lifelong love for learning and the Lord. As teachers and parents we are shaping the hearts, minds and souls of children who will know their infinite value in this world.
Please help us build these state-of-the-art facilities that match a priceless education!
