- Participants: Unlimited – must be able to demonstrate the conditioning standard of being able to run 3 miles in under 25:30 for boys and under 27:00 for girls the first day of practice
- Open to: Grades 6-12
- Season Dates: July-October
- Weekly Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 4:00-5:30 p.m., Saturday meets
- Cost: Approximately $200 for various items and activities
- Special Factors: Summer training: 4 days a week beginning July 15th until school begins
- Parent Participation: As requested by coach and team parent.

- Weekly Schedule: 2-3 games per week, 2-hour daily practices except Wednesdays, and weekend tournaments
- Cost: Approximately $200 for various items and activities for school season
- Special Factors: Summer program, performance training, and open gyms strongly encouraged

Sports offered for Grammar:
Cross Country
Our 2nd-5th grade Grammar Cross Country runners train after school twice a week and compete in four one-mile races at our south campus. The Academy is proud to offer a Grammar Cross Country program that lays a foundation for future runners as well as promoting good physical fitness.
Basketball
The Academy currently has 3rd-6th grade Grammar basketball teams that compete in our GRIFFINS 3X3 Grammar basketball league on Saturdays during basketball season.
